Our February 2016 guest speaker and Hall of Fame member Tim Ducat was severely injured on May 7 during a jet ski racing event at Pensacola.

Tim took a huge impact to the chest during the event and suffered many internal injuries, including broken ribs, torn aorta, and lacerated liver and kidney. He was rushed into heart surgery where a stint was inserted before the aorta ruptured. Tim is fighting to keep his kidney now and will be in the hospital for at least a week.

Tim's injuries will require extensive medical care and recovery time. Prayers, good wishes and positive thoughts go a long way, of course, but Tim was between insurance coverages and could use our financial help.
